The Work
A detailed cost estimate and agreement with a timeline are reviewed for each client to cover our objectives and communication. Because of the time and experience we use to produce the estimate, a small fee may be charged for larger projects but applied to the invoice upon moving forward. Because we are fully insured, our employees are vetted, and we purchase quality materials because we hold ourselves to a higher standard for our clients.
Post-Project Completion
After any project, we provide both pre and post-photo documentation and a final walkthrough to ensure your satisfaction. We send you copies of all of our final work, change orders, and warranty information.
If we prepare any “aging in place home modifications” in preparation for future equipment modification, we will also submit the specific diagrams of where all pertinent blocking is for future reference.
